One thing YOU NEED to get your hands on is getting trained in Basic Life Support or BLS.

In all likelihood, wherever you apply for a job – public or private hospital, companies or clinics, etc., you will be asked if you are BLS certified. Depending on the institution you are applying to, ask what certification they require – is it AHA or American Heart Association, ASHI or American Safety and Health Institute, or others?

Then, you will have to look for an authorized training center that will provide you with BLS training along with international certification. Make sure that you ask what you will get after the training – you don’t want to end up with no proper certification documents! Remember, your future employers will ask for your BLS card or certificate, so make sure you have them after the training.

So, are you in for a good start in 2017? Get yourself trained in BLS!
